Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and complete the shipping and payment information.

Shipping and Handling
Packing
We care about the environment and recycle wherever possible, so if you receive a package that looks second-hand, that’s because it is! The contents (your purchase), of course, will be brand new!
Costs
We work hard to maintain our retail prices and strive to keep our carriage costs to a minimum level. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Method
Orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail second-class post.
Orders over 2kg are sent by our chosen courier service. Notification and tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the goods are despatched.
Delivery Schedule
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days.
Delivery is by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service.
Back Orders
In the rare event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Should the goods you order prove to be unsuitable please return in mint condition within 30 days for a full refund of the price paid for the returned item.
